Rediscovered by Emilio Bulfon, is an ancient native vine from centuries cultivated only in the hilly area between Castelnovo del Friuli and Pinzano al Tagliamento. It belongs to the so-called "uve uccelline" (bird grapes), those vines, once wild, but now domesticated by man, which grew wild on the edge of the woods and whose grapes were enjoyed by birds. Today Ucelùt is grown only in a small area of West Friuli, as required by a specific Regional regulation.
The Piculìt Neri is a native vine with red grapes rediscovered by Emilio Bulfon in Costabeorchia, locality of Pinzano al Tagliamento municipality, which should not be confused with the more famous white Picolit or the Friulan Red Picolit. The name derives by the local Picolit, which in Friulan language means "small hill". It is cultivated only in the area of Castelnuovo del Friuli and Pinzano al Tagliamento, to the west of the province of Pordenone, as required by a specific Regional regulation.

The native vine Forgiarìn, rediscovered by Emilio Bulfon, derives its name from Forgaria, a small town of the Province of Udine, neighbouring Pinzano al Tagliamento, municipality where the winery is located. It was once very common in the hills of San Daniele, in Spilimbergo and Maniago areas; today it is only cultivated in Pinzano and Castelnuovo del Friuli, as required by a specific Regional regulation.

The native vine Sciaglìn, rediscovered by Emilio Bulfon, likely derives its name from "schiavolino", that is a wine from Slavia, a Country located at the edge of Julian Alps. Now it is grown only in the area of Pinzano al Tagliamento and Castelnovo del Friuli, as required by a specific Regional regulation.

The winery has also rediscovered the Cividìn, an ancient vine whose cultivation was once common throughout the regional foothills area, from Navarons di Meduno, where it was identified by Emilio Bulfon, to the Natisone valleys. The resulting wine was already appreciated in the eighteenth century, as evidenced by many written testimonials, in which it is defined, along with the famous Picolit, as a liqueur, that is a wine so exquisite, delicate and perfumed, to be worthy of being served to aristocrats and particularly during wedding banquets.

The vine identified by Emilio Bulfon in Costabeorchia di Pinzano al Tagliamento and that there is known by the synonym of Pinzanàt, has never been intensively cultivated in Friuli. It is still popular today, especially in the areas surrounding Gemona and Pinzano al Tagliamento. The vine, very vigorous, is characterized by large vine leaves and bunches; once it was used to create the green pergola shading the entrances of the country houses in High Friuli.

The vine, that is mentioned in 1923 in the Ampelografia del Friuli by Marzotto, as a red grape of ancient origin, was recovered by the winery in the province of Pordenone and is cultivated in Pinzano al Tagliamento since 2001.

The Moscato Rosa vine, native of Istria, is also widespread in Italy, particularly in South Tyrol, where it has been enhanced and wisely promoted. It is used to produce a dessert wine, purple-pink coloured, with an intense aroma, highly sought after by men, in particular to give it as a present to ladies.
