Friuli DOC 2018

Friuli DOC is back in Udine from 13 to 16 september.

Our sodalizio with Società Filologica Friulana is back too: on saturday 15th we will be present at the evnt “La Pitina: un prodotto friulano IGP”,

organized also in collaboration with Accademia Italiana della Cucina – Delegazioni del Friuli Venezia Giulia and dedicated to the cured meat of Friuli Occidentale, a few weeks after the recognition of the IGP brand from the European Union. The meeting will illustrate the characteristics of the product and the peculiarities of its production process.

It will follow by a tasty tasting of Pitina combined with our wines.
